Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) — an ART treatment wherein artificial insemination takes place in the uterine cavity — is a fertility treatment. Intrauterine insemination procedure This procedure involves introducing a washed and concentrated semen sample into a woman’s uterus, when around the time of rupture readiness or right when the egg has ruptured within the last 24 hours. Preparation of semen sample and precautions:-
